    I give an A for effort but there wasn't enough information on "how" to lose 10 lbs. in a week. I would suggest meal examples. Juicing recipes perhaps. This was more like a blog post and not a book. I read in about 30 minutes.

    I'm training to become a personal trainer, so I've been trying to fill up my mind with a lot of useful information that I could use for my future career. This book is absolutely great. I would first like to address that this is in fact my first review I've EVER written. I never cared about writing reviews but I thought this book deserved a kind response. First off, this book is a bit basic. But I came across A LOT of information I didn't know before. For example: I know that drinking water was good for you. But I didn't know that it actually increases your metabolism, I also didn't know the difference between being "full" and "bloated" To be honest, I thought they were the same thing haha In conclusion, this book has a ton of information for loosing weight.
