    I purchased this book 10 days ago and am happy with my decision. The book is a fast read, is filled with very simple concepts and great recipes. This morning when I weighed in I had already lost 10 lbs and have not been hungry at all in the 9 days I have followed the program. With a smooth transition to "real life" after the 15 day reset I believe this plan is something I can follow for the foreseeable future.
