Still need weights, just no bench
This is an utterly idiotic book. It's telling you to do flyes and presses (WITH EQUIPMENT AKA WEIGHTS) all except for a bench, which is something a person could most likely have over weights.
I need stuff
This book seams helpful but I need the stuff I need to build up my chest.
