    I'm surprise I just came across this book. I've been interested in making the shift to a vegetarian/ vegan lifestyle for a while. This book is a great reference and is aiding in my transition to a plant-based diet.

    This woman really knows her stuff not only is she a well-learned vegan (because she is one) she has the perfect tips for healthy weight loss that doesn't include taking a ton of pills or stuffing your face or starving yourself of nutrients. All her recipes are amazing and I have yet to try them all! She connects with what a lot of doctors have already been trying to let the general public know: WHOLE GRAIN & PLANT-BASED DIET SAVES THE PLANET AND YOU. Definitely worth $10 since the legit book is more around $20 in hardcover. I love this book!!!!
