Description

In 1994, Ron Goldman and Nicole Brown Simpson were brutally murdered at her home in Brentwood, California. O.J. Simpson was tried for the crime in a case that captured the attention of the American people, but was ultimately acquitted of criminal charges. The victims' families brought a civil case against Simpson, which found him liable for willfully and wrongfully causing the deaths of Ron and Nicole committing battery with malice and oppression. In 2006, HarperCollins announced the publication of a book in which O.J. Simpson told how he hypothetically would have committed the murders. In response to public outrage that Simpson stood to profit from these crimes, HarperCollins canceled the book. A Florida bankruptcy court awarded the rights to the Goldmans in August 2007 to satisfy the civil judgment in part. The Goldman family views the book as his confession, and has worked hard to ensure that the public will read this book and learn the truth. This is O.J. Simpson's original manuscript, approved by him, with up to 14,000 words of additional key commentary.

If I wasn't convinced of his guilt before I read this book, I sure as hell am now!

It's still unbelievable to me that OJ really went on record admitting all this! I'm so glad the Goldmans were able to take this book from him and use this money for good!! I pray he rots in that cell in Vegas until he dies! Good work Goldmans!!!!

This was a great book written with OJ's own words. For anyone following the story this gives a new perspective on things. This was a great read and I would definitely recommend it!!!

Living through the OJ years of fame and glory and his subsequent fall from grace compelled me to read the book. Nothing has changed ... I still think he did it but I can check this off my list now. Another sad story that should have never happened.

Great book & resources. God bless all involved, Oj's kids especially, as they should never have had to go through this loss. Regardless of who did it. If friends & family idly stood by during all the ups & downs of Nicole & Oj's relationship, shame on you. Intervention can stop drug & domestic abuse.

I didn't really need this book to believe he did it. I believed he did it from day one. Reading this made him look even worse (if that's possible). Please he was mistreated, abused, lusted after by Nicole. What an ego. Look at his size and hers. It is a confession he did it! As for the Browns and the Goldmans it is sad they seem to be on different sides. I understand it's hard for the Browns because of the children they are innocent in all this. So they have to protect them. But both families lost a loved ones. The Browns should not find fault in the Goldmans for wanting justice for Ron. They want it to for Nicole if their honest.

This book was a disgusting example of the monster OJ Simpson is. I am a long time domestic abuse victim who has tried repeatedly to get away from my abuser. I keep fighting to stay alive. I read this book so the Goldman family can get some measure of justice for what that monster did to their family. God bless them
