    This is not the proper "It starts with food" referenced in The Whole 30. It is not written by the proper authors and uses the information from both books to make a shoddy knock off, probably exploiting the copyright-ability of the name. Surprised that iBooks is carrying it. Do not buy this one. Get the one by Melissa and Dallas Hartwig.

    This is not the correct 'It starts with Food' book. Some cheaper version with the same name and no authors. It only has 50 something pages compared to the 100+ pages as listed! Totally useless! Please do not buy this crap. I need my money back !
